By accessing or using the Eminence University website (eu-edu.us), online learning platform, and related services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our Services.

Eminence University ("we," "our," or "us") reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

To use our Services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age, or have parental/guardian consent if under 18
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Not be barred from receiving educational services under applicable laws

When creating an account, you agree to:

• Maintain and update your account information as needed
• Keep your login credentials confidential and secure
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

All students are subject to Eminence University's academic policies, including:

All content, materials, and resources provided through our Services, including but not limited to course materials, videos, text, graphics, logos, and software, are the intellectual property of Eminence University or its licensors.

You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, or modify course materials without written permission
• Use our content for commercial purposes without authorization
• Remove or alter any copyright notices from our materials

By enrolling in our programs, you agree to pay all applicable tuition and fees as outlined in our Fee Structure. Payment terms and refund eligibility are governed by our published policies.

Refund requests must be submitted in writing and are subject to the following:

• Full refund before course commencement (minus administrative fees)
• Partial refund during the first week of the course
• No refund after the first week of the course

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eminence University shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Services.

Our total liability for any claims arising from the use of our Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Services, without prior notice, for:

• Violation of these Terms or our academic policies
• Conduct that we believe is harmful to other users or our institution
• Non-payment of tuition or fees

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Denver, Colorado.
